Wokha district administration organized a one-day workshop on entrepreneurship for college students on September 4 at Mount Tiyi College, Wokha. The event was graced by ADC Wokha, Hotolu Swu with DFO Doyang Zuthunglo Patton and Precious MeLove (PML) proprietor Zuboni Humtsoe as resource persons.
The chief guest in his speech welcomed the resource persons and acknowledged them for giving their time instead of their busy schedules. Speaking on the importance of perseverance and motivation, Zuthunglo Patton dwelt at length on the importance of choosing a career and on how to achieve. Zuboni Humtsoe, who owns e-online clothing brand ‘Precious MeLove (PML)’, spoke in detailed how she started the venture. The resource person also encouraged the students to follow their hearts and choose a career that was best suited for them.
Meanwhile, students expressed their gratefulness saying they found the workshop extremely useful. It was also leant that another workshop on career guidance has been planned for students by Wokha district administration.
