The department of Political Science organized one day field trip to Old Riphyim village on 1st March, 2025. The students were from 6th semester Political Science Hon’s and those opted for VAC. The field trip flagged off from old NST junction, Wokha at 9:00 am. There were around 90 students from 6th, 4th and 2nd semester . The venue for interaction was at council hall, Riphyim Village. From the council side, council chairman, 2 Goun Buras, VDP Secretary and council Secretary. The interaction took around 3hours. where they discussed, Riphyim Village Council and VDP (roles and functions) .
