On the 18th of August 2022 the Students’ Welfare Committee successfully celebrated the 47th Freshers’ Day for B.A 1st Semester. The programme was chaired by Mr. Woronthung (3rd Semester) and Miss. Arpita Das (5th Semester). Welcome song was presented by the senior students of 5th Semester and words of inspiration shared by Dr. Rosanna Kikon, HOD, History Department, MTC. Speeches were delivered on behalf of the senior students and freshers subsequently. Freshers’ initiation was done followed by the Mr. And Miss Fresher 2022 contest. Vote of thanks was proposed by the MTCSU General Secretary, Avung T Tsopoe and Benediction was pronounced by Marina Kikon, President of Evangelical Union, Mount Tiyi College.
