The NSS unit of Mount Tiyi College celebrated NSS Foundation Day and also organised an orientation programme for its volunteers on 24th September 2022 in the college conference hall. The programme was attended by 34 volunteers and 2 teachers in charge along with the NSS Programme Officer, NSS Unit Mount Tiyi College Wokha, Rentsamo J. Humtsoe. The programme was chaired by Senchumlo E. Ngullie of 5th Semester while the Programme Officer of NSS Unit, MTC Wokha introduced NSS, its aims and objectives, its structure and activities to the new volunteers. Chumreni B. Lotha of 5th Semester shared her experience as a NSS volunteer. The volunteers were also taught the NSS power clap and the NSS Anthem was sung in the programme.
