The National Service Scheme, Mount Tiyi College in Collaboration with the Department of Sociology visited Morning Star Children’s Home on 24th August, 2024 as part of Community Service Extension Programme. During the visit, essential utilities such as Stationaries, Toiletries, Detergents, Toys and a waste bin were donated. The Students sang songs and also played games with the childrenand Miss. Thungjano E. Ovung shared words of encouragement. The children also recited Bible Verses and presented Special Songs. Altogether 04 faculty members and 28 students visited the Children’s Home. The NSS Programme Officer Rentsamo J Humtsoe thanked the Proprietor Morning Star Children`s Home, the faculty members and the students for making the visit a very memorable one.
