The Red Cross Society of Mount Tiyi College, Wokha, Nagaland in Collaboration with the District Red Cross Society, Wokha, Nagaland observed the World Red Cross Day on 08 May 2023, at the Deputy Commissioner’s Conference Hall, under the theme “Everything We Do Comes From the Heart”. The programme was Chaired by Dr.Medongunuo Ngone, Asst. Professor, Mt.Tiyi College, Dr.K. Z. Ovung, Secretary of Wokha District Red Cross Society and an Assoc. Professor Mt.Tiyi College delivered the welcome address. Theme exposition was done by Shri T Penthungo Lotha, and encouraged the congregation present in the programme to be pure in the heart and to be helpful to humanity by acknowledging Henry Dunant, the founder and father of the Red Cross Society.
