NCC cadets of Mount Tiyi College attended the Combined Training Camp at CRPF Camp, DEF Mokokchung from 18th of Feb. to 24th 2022. Further, the cadets were sent to attend the Combined Annual Training Camp (CATC) at CRPF Camp Mokokchung conducted by 25th Nagaland Battalion NCC Mokokchung from 28th July to 4th Aug. 2022. The Students showed great skillmanship in the different competitions held in the camp and Randanbemo of 5th Semester was declared the Best Firer under the senior division category while Nzanthung Tungoe, MTC cadet, won the Best Presentation award in the camp. Nzanthung Tungoe was also promoted from Sergeant to JUO.
Besides participation in different events, the NCC unit of Mount Tiyi College also conducts drill practice for its cadets twice a week, i.e., on Monday and Wednesday.
